On Monday, 8 June 2026, Veja and Rrrevolve hosted the Swiss premiere of Far From The Spotlight at Riffraff Cinema in Zurich. More than 100 guests accepted the invitation and enjoyed an inspiring evening that gave a voice to the people behind Veja’s products.
Produced by Jérémie Battaglia in collaboration with Veja and La Blogothèque, the film shines a light on individuals who usually remain far from public attention: people in Brazil who cultivate, collect, process, and manufacture the raw materials used in Veja’s products. Through four compelling portraits, Far From The Spotlight explores their daily realities, challenges, hopes, and contributions to a more sustainable value chain. The film reveals the human stories behind terms such as organic cotton, Amazonian rubber, and recycled materials, highlighting the people whose work makes these processes possible every day.
Following the screening, guests gathered at the nearby Rrrevolve store for an apéro. In a relaxed atmosphere, the event provided an opportunity for personal conversations, engaging discussions about sustainability, economic fairness, and transparency in the fashion industry, as well as meaningful exchanges among like-minded individuals. The premiere became a memorable evening that authentically brought together film, community, and shared values.
